I am wondering about what the best investments are, for someone with not a lot, and no intention of researching the stock market. I feel like a cd at a good bank is where I want to go, but I really don't know anything about investing at all. I would love to hear anyone's advice for this. Thanks!

Wed, December 8, 2004 - 8:33 AMHey Melanie, I've heard that real estate investing is still a good investment. I'm in the same boat as you- I am definately NOT interested in the stock market (seems like a joke to me). I don't know where you're located but there is still some good rehab real estate to fix and flip. Good luck!
